Clarity. Confidence. Direction.
This is your life. Live it by design, not default.
Clarity. Confidence. Direction.
This is your life. Live it by design, not default.
This is your life. Live it by design, not default.
This is your life. Live it by design, not default.
If you're here, there's a good chance life looks fine on the outside.
You’re capable.
Responsible.
The person people rely on.
Outwardly, things may even look successful.
But somewhere between the expectations, pressure and responsibility, life started running on autopilot.
Not dramatically.
Quietly.
You became brilliant at coping.
At reacting.
At carrying.
At holding things together.
And over the years I’ve learned something:
It's very rarely a capability issue.
More often it's hesitation.
Self-doubt.
Waiting for permission.
Or simply forgetting to stop long enough to ask:
Is this still the life I want?
Living on default is easy.
Living by design takes intention.
Over the last 7 years coaching women, I've had a huge privilege:
People let me into their heads.
They lower the mask and tell me how things really are.
Sometimes it looks like tears.
Sometimes silence.
Sometimes it's finally saying out loud the thing they've been carrying for years.
And I never take that lightly.
I have huge respect for the women I work with and deep reverence for the work itself.
I don't believe people need fixing.
More often they need space.
Space to think.
Space to tell the truth.
Space to reconnect with what they already know deep down.
My role isn't to tell women what to do.
It's to walk alongside them while they find clarity, confidence and direction for themselves.
I've spent over 20 years working in leadership, learning, development and coaching - with organisations including IBM, Sky, Procter & Gamble and Balfour Beatty.
For the last 7+ years I've coached women through leadership challenges, growth, change and those moments where life simply feels... off.
Over time, something happens when you sit in hundreds of conversations.
You start noticing patterns.
You begin to hear the things that aren't being said.
You spot the hesitation.
The moments where someone quietly talks themselves out of something.
The split-second pause before they back away from what they really want.
I think one of the greatest privileges of this work is the vantage point it gives you.
And honestly?
I bloody love it.
